Join us for a curated dining experience that showcases bold flavors, premium ingredients, and signature cocktails, all crafted for an unforgettable night at the top.

First Course

Choice of one:

  • Croquetas de Jamón

  • Beef Empanada
    Smoked tomato, guindilla aioli

Second Course

  • Spanish Short Rib
    Slow-roasted beef, root vegetables, parsnip mash, rosemary sherry jus

  • Basque-Style Black Cod
    Salt-cured local cod, chicken and yuzu emulsion, butter beans, mushrooms

  • Basque Burnt Cheesecake & Sherry Caramel
